IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
All e-tickets must be exchanged for wrist bands at the entrance.
This ticket should not be sold to the end consumer at rates less than the published offer of the attraction. In such cases the attraction reserves the right to deny entry.
Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a responsible guardian of 18 years and above at all times.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn inside the park at all times. Please refer to park rules and regulation on our website
All e-ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance and at each ride.
The management reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions.
Please follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
The management will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited and the management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park
Special Note:
The tickets are valid for day pass general admission only. Any special event such as ladies day or ladies night is not included in this ticket. The guests are advised to check Laguna Waterpark website for further information and plan their trip accordingly.
Laguna water Park will be closed from 10th January, 2021 till 15th February, 2021 due to general maintenance.

All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children above 2 years and height up to 1.2 meter will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
